NAWM Comments on Drain Tile Setbacks on Wetland Easements
NAWM submitted comments in response to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) request for information regarding drain tile setbacks on lands protected by a FWS wetland easement for waterfowl management in the Prairie Pothole Region. NAWM urged FWS to retain current drain tile setback standards as established in a 2024 rule. Read letter here.
